Basement Waterproofing milton & Foundation Repair

We recently contracted Aqua Resist to repair our basement walkout due to water leaking in our basement.  The job was done quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price.  In particular we were impressed with the diligence and neatness with which the job was done.  It required a trench to be cut into the concrete floor of the basement and a sump pump installed.  The team moved everything out of the way in the basement, protected everything with plastic and did the job using a jackhammer instead of a concrete saw.  As a result there was almost no dust.  When they were done they vacuumed everything up so that the basement was completely clean.  They also had to excavate around the outside of the walkout and when they were done they cleaned up the backyard to remove evidence of the excavation.  We are very pleased with the end result and would be happy to recommend Aqua Resist in the future

Very hard working and knowledgeable team. Huge job involving lots of digging and dirt removal and concrete work. Very reliable work and expensive, but I suppose that’s normal for this kind of work. They left the place clean and the work was done professionally.

Aquaresist Inc was extremely responsive and reliable starting with my initial call requesting a quote, to the in home visit to survey my issue, and then ultimately to scheduling and completing the work. They talked me through different approaches and made a recommendation about what they thought was the best course of action. They did an excellent job installing my interior drain system as well as the exterior piping. Guys completed the job in 4 days as expected and cleaned up after themselves very well. There wasn’t near the dust as I anticipated. The project was done on time, they cleaned up after themselves. We have had rain since the work done and so far I have had no interior water leakage. Over the last couple of months we have discovered foundation leaks in two different areas of our house which is about 50 years old. Aquaresist Inc arranged to come over and assess the situation. Before having our basement waterproofed our basement was damp, dark and moldy. Now we can utilize this rather large space for storage and crafting. The fully contained sump pump has improved the cleanliness of our basement and the back-up battery has completely eliminated flooding of our basement (that we experienced at least twice annually) The workers were prompt, courteous and respectful of our property.
